Areas of application

OBoSonic® integral foam systems

Molded foam parts made of OBoSonic® integral foam are based on a special PUR formulation. The properties of these foams include a cellular core and a sealed surface, therefore ensuring high temperature and media resistance as well as minimal water absorption.

OBoSonic® integral foam systems also exhibit excellent acoustic and thermal properties and do not contain any halogenated flame retardants. We can customize the structure of the foam according to your needs.

Our integral foam solutions combine optimum sound absorption characteristics with good skin formation for designer surfaces – along with the corresponding resistance to abrasion and media, of course.

OBoSonic® flexible foam systems

Molded foam parts made of OBoSonic® flexible foam are based on a special PUR formulation with a highly open-cell structure. These flexible molded foam parts are characterized by a high resistance to heat and media while providing good acoustic and thermal properties. They are free of climate-harming blowing agents and contain no halogenated flame retardants. The fine, open-cell foam structure of OBoSonic® flexible foam guarantees good noise absorption properties. Its microporous surface also provides a corresponding level of media resistance.

Our semi-rigid OBoSonic® foam systems feature a fine, open-cell structure. Their high temperature and media resistance together with their excellent acoustic and thermal properties allow for versatile application possibilities. Our semi-rigid systems are free of climate-harming blowing agents and contain no halogenated flame retardants or abrasive fillers. Thanks to its microporous surface, OBoSonic® semi-rigid foam combines excellent sound absorption characteristics with corresponding resistance to media.
